Our Community

Village of Five Parks, an award-winning green community, is situated between Alkire and Indiana Streets, north and south of West 86th Parkway, in west Arvada.

Our community began construction in 2002, when the developer Village Homes built a community of homes, retail shops, recreation facilities, parks/trails, all with quick access to Denver, Boulder, and nearby mountains.

The Village of Five Parks is a truly special neighborhood. Every home is beautiful and well-maintained, the neighborhood is walkable and friendly with amenities including a community building (Depot), swimming pool, fitness center, and meeting & events rooms for rental.

Additionally, within walking distance are three restaurants and several retail establishments.

Neighborhood kids have access to the best schools available including our own elementary school.

The homeowner association organizes a calendar packed with events for adults and kids. These events include concerts, movies, holiday parties, book club meetings, adult get-togethers, etc.

The Village of Five Parks was selected as the Community of the Year for three years by the metro homebuilder’s association and the homes qualify for a five-star energy efficiency rating.
